Biggest Loser
Beginning October 19th 2009 among our family and friends we had a contest on “The Biggest Loser” on who could lose the most weight in a period of 12 weeks. Starting out with 12 contestants weighing in every week, staying with a healthy program and being focused throughout the time was very challenging.
